MDA-100为含有99.0%以上的4，4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷和少量的2，4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷的芳香二胺混合物，其主要成分的结构式为：；分子量为198.26；

室温下呈白色或浅黄色固体状态。它是一种重要的化工中间体，除主要用于生产MD1、HMD1外，还大量用于制备聚酰亚胺(PI)绝缘漆、聚脂亚胺(PEI)绝缘漆、双马树脂等电绝缘材料，还可用于环氧树脂的固化剂，聚氨酯弹性体的扩链剂。用MDA合成的上述各种产品，具有优良的力学性能、绝缘性能、耐高温性能、耐辐射性能和耐磨耗性能。

MDA-100 contains more than 99.0% of 4,4'- methylenedianiline and a small amountof 2,4' -methylenedianiline. It is an aromatic diamine mixture.The molecular weight is198.26 and it is in white or light yellow solid state at room temperature.

MDA-100 as an important chemical intermediate, it can be widely used in MDI,HMDl,PI, PEI, epoxy resin hardener, performance thermoplastic, chain extender of PUelastomer etc. These products synthesized with it have excellent properties of mechan-ics, electrical-insulation, heat-resisting, radiation-resisting and abrasion-resisting.

贮存注意事项 
MDA-100储存时库房应干燥、通风、避光，严禁受热，防止氧化。运输时严禁破漏、日晒、雨淋。

保质期 
在规定的储存条件下，MDA-100保质期为1年，超过保质期经检验符合本技术指标仍可使用。

安全注意事项 
MDA-100联合国危规号UN2651，危编号61809;可燃，但不易燃;着火后喷水或使用干粉、二氧化碳、泡沫灭火剂灭火。MDA-100可以通过眼睛、皮肤侵入人体，症状表现为严重肝中毒、发烧、上腹痛、黄胆、食欲减退、肾损伤并刺激眼睛。穿戴清洁完好的防护用具(防护服、手套、靴、头盔)，以保护皮肤;戴防护镜、面罩、呼吸器;眼接触:立即用流动清水冲洗至少15分钟;皮肤接触:脱去被污染衣服，用大量水冲洗皮肤。

Warehouse and Storage Storage

Shelf life

Safety precautions 

Burnable, but nonflammable; Spray water or use dry powder, carbon dioxide, foam extinguishing agent after fire.MDA-100can invade the body through the eyes and skin. Symptoms include severe liver poisoning, fever, upper abdominal pain,jaundice, anorexia, kidney damage and eye irritation.Wear clean and complete protective equipment (protective clothing,gloves, boots, helmet) to protect the skin; Wear protective goggles, masks and respirators in case of contact with eyes, rinseimmediately with running water for at least 15 minutes. If skin is touched unexpectedly, remove the contaminated clothing andrinse the skin with plenty of running water.
